It's not magic! In fact, we use the hardware already installed in the building rather than duplicating installations like most of our competitors. We strive for simplicity for our customers, even if it requires a lot of upfront work to make it compatible with the existing park. Want to discuss it with us?
Hardware, or software? That is the question...

Let's start by defining what we are talking about. We speak of hardware to designate a material object like a computer, a temperature sensor or a smoke detector. We speak of software to designate a computer program. While the standard approach in the building industry is to install sensors systematically, at Agrid, we prefer a software approach to a hardware approach.
The advantages of the software
We see several advantages to a software approach that is as pure as possible. Unlike a hardware approach, which often requires the installation of hundreds of sensors throughout the building, we believe it is possible to do better. The installation of sensors takes weeks of work, an often multiple cost of tens of thousands of euros and risks related to maintenance. The immaterial approach (software) can be fast, less than a day, with no initial cost and no risk of sensor failure. In addition to cost and simplicity, the software approach also offers unprecedented flexibility in the face of the inertia inherited from sensor installation.
